INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup of fixed gluten-free flour 

  • 1 cup of self-rasing flour 

  • 1 tablespoon of bicarbonate soda 

  • 2 tablespoons of psyllium husk 

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 

  • 1/2 cup of tigernut flakes (optional)

  • 1 cup of hemp milk or any plant-based milk

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil 

  • 1/2 cup of rice malt syrup 

  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar 

  • 3 overripe bananas mashed 

  • 1/2 cup of walnuts 

  • 4 squares of dark chocolate 

Method 

  • Preheat oven to 150 degrees fan-forced 

  • Oil a baking tray 

  • Combine all ingredients together 

  • Pour into baking tray

  • Bake for about 35 minutes or until cooked
