INGREDIENTS
1 cup of fixed gluten-free flour
1 cup of self-rasing flour
1 tablespoon of bicarbonate soda
2 tablespoons of psyllium husk
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of tigernut flakes (optional)
1 cup of hemp milk or any plant-based milk
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of rice malt syrup
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
3 overripe bananas mashed
1/2 cup of walnuts
4 squares of dark chocolate
Method
Preheat oven to 150 degrees fan-forced
Oil a baking tray
Combine all ingredients together
Pour into baking tray
Bake for about 35 minutes or until cooked
