1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1/2 cup of tigernut flakes (optional)
1 cup of hemp milk or any plant-based milk

1/2 cup of rice malt syrupÂ
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegarÂ
3 overripe bananas mashedÂ
1/2 cup of walnutsÂ
4 squares of dark chocolateÂ
MethodÂ
Preheat oven to 150 degrees fan-forcedÂ
Oil a baking trayÂ
Combine all ingredients togetherÂ
Pour into baking tray
Bake for about 35 minutes or until cooked
